Change or cancel your flight

For any reason whatsoever, we offer the following options:

Do you want to change your flight?

Modification free of charge depending on the type of fare, with the possibility of fare readjustment according to the conditions of purchase of your ticket. 

 

Do you want to cancel your flight?

For tickets issued before October 31, 2022: Light and Optimum fare tickets are refundable as a credit note. Flex fare tickets are refundable at no charge.

For tickets issued after October 31, 2022: Light and Optimum fare tickets are non-refundable. 

Changes, credit notes or refunds must be submitted before the original departure date. Otherwise, the original ticket conditions apply.

 
 

Flights cancelled by the airline

  1. Free modification of the ticket
  2. Voucher for the full amount of your reservation, for a period of one year on the flight of your choice.
  3. Free ticket refund
