1. Reservation 

a- Online booking

You can book on www.flyamelia.com up to 2 hours before the flight departure.

You can book up to 9 passengers per file, including babies.

We allow you to book your tickets with or without creating an Amelia account.

 

  • Creating your account

To create an account, you must provide the personal data requested and respect the following rules.

You may not :

  • Create an account using false personal data.
  • Create an account for others.
  • Create more than one personal profile.
  • Create an account if you are under 18 years old.
  • Share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything that would compromise the security of your account.
  • You must ensure that your personal data is accurate and up to date. Your personal details are used to make online ticket reservations.
  • Using your account

The Amelia account offers you a more user-friendly booking and check-in experience.


You can use the data stored in your profile when you :

  • Make an online booking.
  • Manage your booking.
  • Check in online.

The booking of your tickets is confirmed after online payment by credit card.

A confirmation e-mail containing all the details of your reservation as well as your electronic ticket will then be sent to the e-mail address given at the time of reservation.

All Amelia tickets are nominative. In case of mistake on your first or last name, or in case of change of marital status, please contact our call center at +33 1 83 62 95 00 or by email at book@flyamelia.com

b – Booking via the Call Centre

You can make your reservations at the following number: +33 (0)1 83 62 95 00 from Monday to Friday from 9.15 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

All flights booked via our Call Centre include a service charge of 5 euros per person per flight. This service charge is non-refundable.

All orders imply an obligation to pay (Cf article L121-19-2 du code de la consommation).

2. Fares

Prices are published inclusive of all taxes and service charges.

Amelia’s current prices are as follows:

  • The “Flex” tariffs are valid for one year and their modification and cancellation are allowed without any fees.
  • The “Optimum” rates are valid for one year and can be modified with fees. These are indicated at the time of booking and on the ticket.
  • Light fares are non-changeable and non-refundable.

There are special fares for infants under 2 years of age and children under 12 years of age who can benefit from special discounts.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, in accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, you have no right of withdrawal when purchasing tickets on our website.

We would like to inform you that in the event that you have not completed your journey, you can request a refund of the individual taxes and fees. Service charges are not refundable. The refund will be made no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request. The credit will be made to the bank card used for payment.

If you purchased your tickets through a travel agency, please contact them directly.

3. Luggage Allowances

The baggage allowance varies according to your fare.

  • Flex Fare and Optimum Fare:
    • 1 piece of luggage of maximum 23 kg per passenger (excluding babies, maximum 10 kg)
    • 1 piece of cabin baggage + 1 accessory (12 kg maximum)
  • “Light” fare: 1 piece of cabin baggage + 1 accessory (12 kg maximum)

If you exceed the weight limit or wish to bring an additional baggage item, you will have to pay an additional fee at check-in.

4. Additional baggage

It is possible to carry one or more pieces of extra baggage in the hold, in excess of the number authorised by your ticket.

The maximum number of baggage items allowed per person is 3. If you wish to carry more than 3 pieces of luggage, please contact the Call Centre who will examine your request.

Additional baggage can be purchased online, by credit card or via the Call Center.

They are offered at a preferential rate compared to the price in effect at the airport and can be booked up to 2 hours before the flight’s departure

These options are not valid for :

  • Babies under 2 years old travelling on an adult’s lap.
  • The transport of animals (in the cabin or in the hold).
  • The transport of sports equipment, for which a specific rate applies.

5. Methods of payment

a – Credit cards

Payment for your ticket(s) is only possible with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover and JCB.

The cardholder must be over 18 years of age and be one of the passengers. Payment is made in Euros.

b – Credit notes

To pay online for all or part of your booking, you can use a credit note.

Log in to your customer account. If you have credit notes, you can select them when you pay for your booking.

If the amount of the credit note is greater than the ticket price, a new credit note for the difference will be issued.

6. Check-in

There are 2 ways to check in:

Online check-in is open 72 hours before the departure of the flight and up to 2 hours before departure.

  • At the check-in desk, you will receive your boarding pass upon presentation of your ID.

7. Mediator contact

In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavour to find an amicable solution.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the consumer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman to which the professional belongs, namely the Association of European Ombudsmen (AME CONSO), within one year of the written complaint sent to the professional.

Referral to the Consumer Ombudsman must be made :

  • Either by completing the form provided for this purpose on the AME CONSO website www.mediationconso-ame.com.
  • Or by mail addressed to AME CONSO, 11 Place Dauphine – 75001 PARIS.

These general terms and conditions of sale may be modified by Amelia. It is the traveller’s responsibility to consult them before each reservation.
